The "Insert for Molding" is an insert used during resin molding, set in the molding die. The shape of this type of insert is often influenced by the customer's metal shape, so it is not standardized; however, we offer various shapes and sizes. Additionally, as a precaution during use, when using a die pin to secure the insert during formation, please adjust the metal pin and the inner diameter of the insert. If there are no specific instructions from the customer regarding the inner diameter of the insert, we manufacture it according to JIS II standards. We provide "Iris Inserts" and "Flat Inserts," which have an iris-patterned knurling on the outer diameter of the product, balancing torque and tensile strength. 【Iris Insert】 ■Features - The outer diameter of the product has an "iris-patterned knurling." - It is balanced for "torque and tensile strength." ■Shape - The "tensile strength" can be enhanced by adding a "groove" shape. - We offer "through holes and blind holes." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
